Turkey & Broccoli Bake Recipe

Makes 17 servings



Servings is based on post-op WLS portions of 4oz. I can rarely eat that much of this as it is very filling to me but quite yummy. Don't forget to season with whatever spices you like. I just add salt, pepper and some minced garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & Broccoli Bake

1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
2 cups Broccoli
1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup Part-skim Ricotta Cheese
7 oz Fage Total 2% Yogurt
1 cup mushroom pieces
8 oz Low-Carb Baking Mix
4 eggs
8 oz fat-free Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Turkey & Broccoli Bake

  1. - Preheat oven to 350

  2. - In a skillet, saute ground turkey in chicken broth until done

  3. - Add broccoli and steam

  4. - Combine remaining ingredients well

  5. - Pour liquid mixture over turkey

  6. - Spray 13x13 square casserole and pour in mixture

  7. - Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes

  8. ** Makes approx 16-18 servings of 4oz each
