My first attempt at a turkey stew

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Breast Stew

3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook turkey) Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
6 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1.5 cup slices Carrots
1 small Onions
8 pepper Pepper, Serrano
1 small (4" long) Pepper, Banana
0.33 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
4 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Turkey Breast Stew

  1. Place turkey breast in slow cooker fat side up.

  2. Dice up all veggies, and cover meat.

  3. Add the water.

  4. Season to taste, I use corriander, ginger, turmeric, and McCormick salt-free original and fiesta

  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
