Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Breast Filling

3 apples
10 dates, dried
10 apricots, dried
84 g dried plums
50 g raisins

Recipe Directions for Turkey Breast Filling

  1. Roast the apples, peel them if you want, and puree them.

  2. Slice the dates, apricots and plums into a bowl.

  3. Mix in the apple puree. At this stage you can also add some raisins if you'd like.

  4. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and roast in the oven for as long as it takes to cook the meat.
