Homemade breakfast sausage with ground turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Turkey Breakfast Sausage

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Flatten golf ball size amounts of turkey mixture and place in skillet over medium heat and cook through.

  2. It should make approx. eight sausages with two for each serving.
