Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
0.2 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.6 grams Ground Ginger Spice
1 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Crumble turkey into a large bowl. Add the salt, sage, pepper and ginger. Shape into eight 2-in. patties. In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook patties over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
