Turkey broth reduced from bones with added veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey > Bone Soup > Carrots, Celery, Chayote

2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups Chayote
1 lb turkey
120 oz. turkey broth
2 tbsp Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for Turkey > Bone Soup > Carrots, Celery, Chayote

  1. toss in the bones,

  2. cover with water

  3. season

  4. bring to a boil

  5. simmer for 3 hours

  6. let cool

  7. remove bones

  8. sift out any small sharp bones

  9. add veggies

  10. return to boil

  11. simmer for 10 minutes

  12. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.

  13. Excellent with Ramen noodles.
