Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Bologonese with Spaghetti Squash

3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
3 cloves, raw Garlic
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
2 cup Crushed Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Turkey Bologonese with Spaghetti Squash

Cook bacon & drain on paper towels. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to skillet & cook carrots, celery, & garlic for 15 minutes. Remove to a bowl. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan & cook turkey to brown. Return bacon, veges, crushed tomatoes & a pinch of red pepper to pan. Cook for about five min. Serve over spaghetti squash.
