Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Black Bean Chili

1 lb lean ground turkey (7%fat), cooked and drained
1 medium green bell pepper
28 oz canned tomatoes
16 oz thick and chunky salsa
3 1/2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1 T chili powder

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Black Bean Chili

  1. Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

  2. If desired, you may add light sour cream and light shredded cheese as a topping.
