Ground turkey breast and black bean burrito

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Black Bean Burrito

2 tsp canola oil
16 oz ground turkey breast
1 dash minced onion
2 pinches kosher salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash seasoning salt
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup canned black beans
42 g 10 (8 inch) Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
4 tbsp shredded low fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Black Bean Burrito

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat - add turkey meat and saute until browned.

  2. Add minced onion, pepper, seasoning salt, salt, and lime juice. Saute for an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Add beans and heat through.

  3. Place turkey mixture in tortilla, top with greens, cheese, and hot sauce, roll up and enjoy.
