Recipe Ingredients for Turkey-Bingo Wrap

20 oz diced cooked turkey breast (5186)
580 g (4 cups pitted) dark cherries, halved (9070)
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger root
1/8 cup rice vinegar (103308)
1/8 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup (toasted) sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for Turkey-Bingo Wrap

  1. Make the dressing, then toss everything together. Tuck in a wrap w/ fresh greens and sprouts.

  2. Substitution idea: use diced, crystallized ginger in place of fresh. You'd probably need to double the amount. Then, delete the honey because of the sweetness of the ginger. I've done this in other recipes with good results.
