Meatloaf just like Mom used to make, only better.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey/Beef Meatloaf

2 lbs ground turkey or chicken, extra lean
1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1/2 cups shredded cheddar, reduced fat
1 tbsp greek seasoning
1 tbsp bread crumbs, whole wheat
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Turkey/Beef Meatloaf

  1. Mix together all the ingredients above in a large bowl until very well mixed.

  2. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350F for 1 hour until done.

  3. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  4. Also makes a great sandwich the next day.
