Recipe Ingredients for Turkey, Bean, & Pumpkin Chili

18 oz Everyday Turkey
1 large Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 clove Garlic
15 oz Pumpkin
15 oz Black Beans, Organic
14 oz Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds, Canned
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
3 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Turkey, Bean, & Pumpkin Chili

  1. Chop and saute onion, red pepper, and garlic. Add half of the spices as they cook. Add to crock pot.

  2. Brown turkey, adding half the spices as it simmers. Add to crock pot.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot. Cook on Low for 8+ hours.
