Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Bean Chili

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
4 cloves of garlic
16 ounces ground turkey
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 1/2 cup kidney beans
10 oz. tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
14 1/2 oz. reduced-sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Bean Chili

Chop onion and mince garlic. Brown turkey burger in a large pot. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery and "sweat out" the veggie (5 mins). Add all spices and cook for a minute or so. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
