Low cal turkey BBQ. Actually has more veggies then turkey, but you don't notice. I try to use a lower calorie BBQ sauce, they vary greatly. Budweiser, Stubbs, Dinosaur, and Wegman's Memphis are good examples. If you can find it, Organicville BBQ sauce is the best. Goes great with CoCoPops Multigrain Cakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey BBQ

454 grams Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
600 grams Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
280 grams Onions
454 grams Large Wholes Kosher Dill Wholes
290 grams Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey BBQ

  1. Boil turkey mixing occasionally to prevent clumping. Overcooking is OK since we want to get as much fat out as possible.

  2. Drain very well

  3. In a large bowl add Turkey and Diced Tomatoes, mix

  4. Mince Pickles and Onions in a food processor

  5. Mix Pickles, Onions, and BBQ sauce into the bowl

  6. Done
