Recipe Ingredients for Turkey BBQ Hi

16 oz Ground Turkey
2 cups Onions, chopped
2 cups Celery, diced
16 oz BBQ sauce

Recipe Directions for Turkey BBQ Hi

  1. Add all ingredients except BBQ sauce to deep pan

  2. Add Salt, Pepper, etc... as desired

  3. Add several cups water

  4. Turn to medium heat

  5. Mix Turkey thoroughly with veggies, make sure all the little clumps are broken up

  6. Slow boil until thoroughly cooked

  7. You are trying to cook out as much fat as possible so it is OK to overcook

  8. Drain completely, try to get out as much water/oil as possible

  9. Return to pan on low heat

  10. Mix in BBQ sauce and heat

  11. Enjoy
