Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & Barley Soup

20 oz Jennie O lean Turkey
5 medium carrots
4 stalks celery
3 beef bouillon cubes
28 oz crushed tomatoes
12 oz package frozen onions & bell peppers
1/2 cup pearl barley
2 cups chicken stock
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Turkey & Barley Soup

  1. Brown meat and onions/peppers

  2. drain

  3. while meat is browning, chop veggies

  4. Add everything to large pot, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
