turkey/pork mix for meat balls substitute.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Balls

1/2 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Balls

  1. saute onions & garlic in olive oil for 1 minute

  2. add to mixture of turkey & pork meats, oregano and black pepper and mix, form into balls

  3. lightly coat with flour

  4. bake at 450 for 30 minutes turning half way.
