A great use for left over Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey! I threw this together with staples from my kitchen, and it turned out great! Please enjoy.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Bake

1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 oz diced green chilies
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
12 oz cooked turkey breast
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas
1/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Turkey Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Melt butter in sauce pan.

  3. When melted, add garlic powder and chilies, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Stir until combined. Reserve 1/3 of sauce.

  4. Chop turkey breast and add to sauce pan, stirring until warm.

  5. Roll up turkey mixture in the tortillas, placing seem down in a baking pan.

  6. Combine reserved sauce with milk. Spoon over tortillas.

  7. Cover with remaining cheese.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melty.
