Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Bacon Meatloaf Patties

32 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Turkey Bacon Meatloaf Patties

Fry bacon in medium pan. Remove bacon but leave grease in pan. Finely chop vegetables (use food processor if desired) and cook in bacon grease until softened (about 5 minutes). In separate bowl, mix veggies (leaving grease in pan), ground turkey, crumbled bacon, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Divide into eight patties and fry in pan with bacon drippings.
