Turkey Bacon, Egg, Egg White and Cheddar Cheese Muffin Egg Pops

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Bacon and Egg Muffins

24 slices turkey bacon
6 eggs
6 egg whites
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup cheese
3 cup berries
12 slices Light Rye Bread

Recipe Directions for Turkey Bacon and Egg Muffins

  1. Beat eggs with egg whites and milk.

  2. With a paper towel dipped in butter, brush around the bottom and edges of a muffin tin.

  3. Line the bottom and sides with 2 slices of turkey bacon placing in a latice formation.

  4. Pour egg mixture into muffin tin deviding the mixture evenly into 12.

  5. Bake in 375 oven for 15 minutes or until set. Evenly devide the cheese on top of the egg muffins and return to oven under the broiler for two or three minutes until bubbly.

  6. Serve the muffins with a third cup of fresh berries and a slice of your favourtie toast for a well ballaced breakfast. Enjoy.
