1/4 cup Pecan Pieces
4 oz Turkey, Fryer-roasters, Breast Meat Only
1 Apple Apples
0.5 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup, diced Celery
0.062 cup chopped Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Turkey-Apple Salad

Chop and mix ingredients. Also add 1 teaspoon grated orange rind. I also added Cavender's Greek Seaoning.
