Recipe Ingredients for Turket breast and ricotta

500 grams Turkey Breast Meat
250 grams Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
85 grams Bacon (approx. 2 slices)

Recipe Directions for Turket breast and ricotta

  1. Cut meat in small cubes

  2. Put meat and ricotta cheese in a food processor, seasoned with salt and pepper.

  3. When finely minced, take put the mixture and give it an oval shape. Cover with finely sliced bacon on all sides (it takes about 80 grams of thin slices) and tie it, so that id does not open while cooking.

  4. Heat up a large pot (24cm) not too deep with one or two table spoon of olive oil. When hot, put in the roll and turn it on all sides until light brown. Cook covered for about 25 minutes; Serve sliced
