Recipe Ingredients for Turka

1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp garam masala

Recipe Directions for Turka

  1. Heat ghee in saute pan.

  2. When hot, add spices and cook about 5 seconds. Remove from heat and continue to stir.

  3. Add to dish.
