Recipe Ingredients for Turbo Hummus Recipe

3 cloves garlic
15 1/2 oz can chickpeas
3 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley Leaves
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch kosher salt
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives

Recipe Directions for Turbo Hummus Recipe

  1. Chop the garlic finely in a food processor.

  2. Add the beans and 1/2 of the reserved liquid and process finely or to desired consistency.

  3. Add the Tahini, parsley, lemon zest, juice, black pepper, olives, and salt.

  4. Process until it forms a paste.

  5. Drizzle in the olive oil and process until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.
