Recipe Ingredients for Tunisian Tagine

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Parsley
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
1 tbsp Olives Sliced Green
9 medium Egg, Whole
2 cup diced Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Sea Salt
125 grams Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tunisian Tagine

  1. Fry chopped potato and green pepper lightly in oil. Cool.

  2. Beat eggs, fold in all other ingredients. Fold in peppers and potatoes.

  3. Cook at 200 Celsius for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
