Great recipe although I have not yet tested it. Using 2 large 10" tortillas.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Wraps/Pinwheels - ONLY 7 Weight Watchers Points

2 tortillas
1 1/2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1 can tuna
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup spinach
1 green onion, minced fine
2 tsp balsamic vinaigrette
2 tbsp celery
2 tbsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Wraps/Pinwheels - ONLY 7 Weight Watchers Points

  1. Toss all ingredients and separate into 2. Lay tortillas flat and spread mixture. Roll up like you would a sleeping bag and secure with a toothpick or just place on a plate, seam side down. If you want to cut these into appetizer sided pinwheels, refrigerate for 30 minutes, remove and slice into inch slices.

  2. Found the following (below) in recipezhar for another recipe, great tip!

  3. WRAPPING TIPS - grab the tortilla at 3 and 9 o'clock, and fold each side in about 1/3 towards the middle. Then fold from 6 o'clock up, tucking the edge of the tortilla up and around the fillings and sort of curling it under the filling a bit. Then roll forwards, pulling towards you a bit as you go, and ending with the loose edge of the tortilla on the underside of the roll. I hope that makes sense! Spreading a very thin layer of dressing or sauce over the tortilla before adding the filling makes it hold together better. But you can use toothpicks. I like to slice wraps into 2 halves, but that's just presentation.
