Zesty tuna roll-ups with whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Wrap

12 oz canned tuna, drained
1/3 cup diced grape tomatoes
1/3 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced red onions
1/4 cup feta cheese
3 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp light sour cream
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 whole wheat tortillas
4 lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Tuna Wrap

  1. Combine all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce in a medium bowl. Mix well.

  2. Working one tortilla at a time, lay one lettuce leaf on bottom half of each tortilla, followed by 1/4 tuna mixture. Spread tuna to edges. Roll up tortilla as tightly as possible. Cut in half using a sharp knife. Secure with toothpicks, if desired. Proceed with remaining tortillas, lettuce, and filling. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
