Recipe Ingredients for tuna & white bean salad

4 ounce tuna
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbs fennel seed
2 tbs chopped olive, green
1/2 cup white kidney beans, canned
1/4 head lettuce
1 plum tomatoe

Recipe Directions for tuna & white bean salad

  1. flake tuna into a medium sized bowl and add olive oil, fennel seed, lemon juice and zest. Toss with chopped olives, kidney beans and chopped tomatoe.

  2. Spoon on top of a bed of lettuce and serve.
