Recipe Ingredients for Tuna white bean salad

240 grams Tuna, White, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
400 grams Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
1/2 cup hearts Artichokes
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
3 tbsp Parsley
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Tuna white bean salad

  1. combine all ingredients except lemon juice, olive oil and garlic.

  2. make a dressing with the lemon juice (to taste), olive oil, garlic and salt/pepper to taste.

  3. Mix well. Keeps for a week in the fridge
