Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Vegetable Saute

3/4 cup Cut Green Beans
2 oz Solid White Tuna
2/3 cup Broccoli Cuts

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Vegetable Saute

Steam frozen veggies in an un-oiled skillet on low. Add preferred spices. Once veggies are steamed to desired consistancy, add 3 cans of drained albacore tuna in water, saute until lightly browned. Add salt or chili powder to taste. Lay over a bed of rice.
