Quick and easy supper. Good source of omega 3. Add other stuff to suit. Green peppercorns in brine are good or a few capers in brine.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & tomato pasta

1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
400 g canned tomatoes
149 g canned tuna
150 g mushrooms sliced
70 g broccoli

Recipe Directions for Tuna & tomato pasta

  1. In the microwave oven, soften the onion, chili powder and garlic for 2-3 mins.

  2. Add the tomatoes, drained tuna, mushrooms and broccoli. heat for 3-5 mins until everything is piping hot nad the broccoli is just cooked.

  3. Season with a little 'Lo Salt' and loads of black pepper.

  4. Serve with your choice and quantity of cooked pasta. I like farfalle shapes
