3/4 pound tuna steak
4 T olive oil
3 T lime juice
1/2 t wasabi powder
1 1/2 t soy sauce
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 kosher salt
1 t black pepper, ground
1/4 cup scallions, minced
2 t jalapeno pepper, minced
1 avocado, minced

Recipe Directions for Tuna Tartare - BC

  1. cut tuna to 1/4 inch cubes

  2. mix next ingredients to form dressing

  3. stir in dressing

  4. fold in scallions, jalapeno & avocado
