Recipe Ingredients for Tuna, Swiss and Shroom Sub

1/2 bun
1 oz. light swiss cheese
2 oz. chunk light tuna
1 medium tomato
1/2 cup sliced onion
3 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Tuna, Swiss and Shroom Sub

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in a small pan, add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Mix tuna, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar. Add salt to taste.

  3. Put tuna mixture, onions, mushrooms, and swiss on bun and toast on medium-dark.

  4. Slice tomato, put a couple on the sandwich and eat the rest =]
