Recipe Ingredients for tuna sushi homemade

5 grams nori
20 grams carrots
50 grams tuna
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
2 tsp sugar
4 tbls white vinegar
1/4 avocado

Recipe Directions for tuna sushi homemade

  1. wash and cook rice

  2. in a pot on the stove add the sugar and vinegar cook till the sugar is disolved

  3. add to the rice and place into a lined baking tray to cool (ONLY USE COLD RICE)

  4. lay out the nori on a bamboo sheet add rice to 3/4 of the nori in an even layer add carrot avocado and tuna and roll to get to perfect shape, serve with wasabii and soy sauce
