One of my FiancÚ's easy favorites, passed on to us by a previous roomate :)

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Suprise!

500 g egg noodles
2 cans chunk light tuna
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup - Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Soups
1 can Cream of Celery Soup - Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Soups
150 g part skim mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Tuna Suprise!

  1. Boil egg pasta as directed. Drain and return to pot.

  2. Mix pasta with the tuna and both cans of UNPREPARED soup. If you add milk it will turn out liquidey.

  3. Scoop out the mix and place in a pyrex or other deep baking dish.

  4. Spread the grated cheese over all the mix and bake for around 10-15mins at 450F or when the cheese is melted and has started to brown.

  5. Enjoy with a green veggie ;)
