0.125 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.125 cup, diced Celery
4 serving Mayo Light Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Tuna Stuffed Tomato

  1. Put 2.5 cups salad greens on a plate or in a low sided salad bowl.

  2. Peel tomato and cut it into eighths without cutting through the bottom so the tomato forms a "bowl."

  3. Mix the tuna, bell pepper, onions, celery, and mayo and stuff inside the tomato bowl.
