Brown rice & tuna for energy! Eat this during the day - its not so good to eat brown rice in the evening - not sure why??

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Stirfry

1 cup cooked brown rice
1 onion
8 button mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
4 T soy sauce
1 T grated ginger
125 g tuna

Recipe Directions for Tuna Stirfry

  1. In a non stick pan lightly brown onions then add garlic & mushrooms.

  2. Add brown rice, ginger, soy & tuna.

  3. Heat through & enjoy!
