i ususally use frozen oriental vegetables instead of the fresh ones. just thaw and drain before using.

Recipe Ingredients for tuna stir fry

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion, sliced
12 ounces tuna
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
2 cups rice, freshly cooked
1 cup carrots
1 cup peas
1 cup peppers
1 cup celery

Recipe Directions for tuna stir fry

  1. heat oil, saute onion and a little garlic. add vegetables heat 3 to 4 minutes. add tuna, soy sauce, lemon juice, water and sugar. heat one more minute. serve over freshly cooked rice.

  2. can cook longer if desired.
