Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Stir Fry

10 oz.
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. garlic,chopped
3 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 cup peas,
1/4 cup carrots,thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onion,chopped
1 tsp. Sugar

Recipe Directions for Tuna Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and stir-fry onion, garlic, and vegetables until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.

  2. Add Albacore, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp. Water.

  3. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

  4. Serve over hot rice.
