An asian influenced stir fry with fresh tuna.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna stir fry by Chris

6 oz Carrots
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 oz Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
285 grams Fish, Tuna, Fresh, Yellowfin, Ahi
1 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
1 serving Fish Sauce
20 grams Sherry
0.5 oz Cornflour
125 grams Thin Rice Noodles

Recipe Directions for Tuna stir fry by Chris

  1. Cut everything into strips.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok.

  3. Stir fry the veg in the wok for 5 mins.

  4. Add the tuna, stir frying for a further 2-3 mins.

  5. Mix together the fish sauce, sugar, sherry and cornflour.

  6. Pour this into the wok, cook for a further 2 mins, until the sauce thickens.

  7. Serve over cooked rice noodles.
