Recipe Ingredients for tuna steaks

2 pounds tuna, fresh
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for tuna steaks

  1. Cut tuna into 1 inch slices.

  2. Heat olive oil, butter, and garlic in frying pan. When it bubbles add the tuna steaks. Season with salts. Flip when it's browned. Cook tuna until 1/4 inch of center is still uncooked. Remove from heat. Cook the remainder of the fish in what's left of the oils.
