Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Steak with vegetable couscous

1/2 pound tuna steak
1/4 cup couscous
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup celery
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tomato
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tuna Steak with vegetable couscous

  1. Marinate the tuna steak in lime juice, ginger and garlic.

  2. Chop the vegetables. Add them to the pot and sweat them for a couple of minutes.

  3. Add the couscous and turn the heat off. Add 3/4 cup water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and the tomato cut into slices.

  4. Grill the tuna steak.
