Recipe Ingredients for Tuna, Spinach and Sweetcorn Lasagne

1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 small red onion
400 g canned tomatoes
200 ml water
200 g frozen spinach
100 g sweetcorn
140 g canned tuna
3 g black pepper
2 g salt
3 g dried basil
2 g dried oregano
20 g tomato ketchup
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
400 ml semi skimmed milk
25 g butter
15 g flour
75 g Cheddar cheese
5 ml worcestershire sauce
2 g salt
1 g pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna, Spinach and Sweetcorn Lasagne

  1. Make tomato sauce.

  2. Make bechemel sauce.

  3. Build.

  4. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top with worcestershire sauce.

  5. 30 mins in 180 c oven.

  6. Bubbly!
