Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & Spinach Bake

5 cup Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
16 tbsp Light Sour Cream
18 serving Mayo Light Mayo
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Salted Butter
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
6 oz Bread Stuffing, Bread, Dry Mix, Prepared
0.33 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 cup StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna

Recipe Directions for Tuna & Spinach Bake

Cook noodles according to package directions. While cooking, mix sour cream, mayo and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for two minutes. Reduce heat and stir in 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream mixture. Add spinach, stuffing, bread crumbs and tuna. Mix. Drain noodles and put in a greased 13x9 pan. Top with tuna mix and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, covered. Then bake 5-10 minutes uncovered.
