Tuna with soy sauce and ginger reduction

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna with soy sauce and ginger

12 oz Tuna, Yellowfin, Fresh
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Blue Agave
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
8 tsp Ginger Root
1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Tuna with soy sauce and ginger

Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Sear tuna medallions on both sides. Remove from heat. Add agave, soy sauce, grated ginger, and scallions. Reduce heat and reduce. Pour over tuna to serve.
