This is a very good sandwich. It is a sandwich low in calories and high in protein. This protein is complete. Most of the fat is poly-unsaturated lowering LDL's! Also, eating multi-grain bread instead of white bread is very helpful. The bread is a complex carb which supplies long lasting energy. The sandwich contains iron which is good for...and is needed in the American diet. This recipe is a little high in cholesterol and sodium though. It is great for a lunch or snack with a fruit.
