120 g tuna in water
2 tbsp fat free miracle whip
2 tbsp relish

Recipe Directions for Tuna sandwich preparation

  1. Mix tuna, low fat fresh cheese 0.25mg(could not find in tagged items so replaced by cootage cheese that contains approx. same cal/fat), nonfat miracle whip dressing and relish.

  2. Add between two slices of bread with spring mix salad and enjoy!
