1 tsp Frenchs Classic Yellow Mustard
5 chips Mt Olive Hamburger Dill Chips
1 leaf, medium Lettuce, Iceberg
1 tsp Parmesan Original
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 dash Salt, Table
2 oz Chunk Light In Water Tuna

Recipe Directions for Tuna Sandwich LOW CALORIE

  1. Toast muffin if desired (I Like it crispy)

  2. Drain tuna and place half the contents on the muffin.

  3. Save remainder in a refridgerator safe container for another day.
