Fresh grilled tuna steaks served with salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna & salsa

420 g tuna steaks, fresh
60 g pineapple, chopped small
100 g red pepper, chopped small
100 g cucumber, chopped small
30 g spring onion, chopped small
10 g coriander leaves, chopped small
10 g lime juice, with zest
1/8 t salt
1/8 t paprika, red hot

Recipe Directions for Tuna & salsa

  1. Rub steaks with lemon juice or vinegar and marinated in the fridge 1 hour.

  2. Sear steaks in pan 5 minutes each side.

  3. In the meantime, toss all vegetables, herbs, spices and lime juice.

  4. Serve steaks on a bed of salsa, or topped with it.
