12 oz canned tuna
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp chopped sliced olives, drained
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 slices whole wheat bread
1 ripe tomato, sliced thinly

Recipe Directions for tuna salad on wheat from Hy-Vee

  3. 2. Add mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; toss gently until all ingredients are lightly coated.

  5. 4. Cut ciabatta loaf into 4 servings. Split each serving and arrange lettuce leaves on one half.
